W/C 1st June
This week we have been busy exploring space! We started by learning the story "whatever Next" and using pictures and props to retell the story.
The story got us very excited about making our own rockets, just like Baby Bear! We used our blocks to make BIG rockets and the 2D shapes to recreate rocket pictures.
W/C 15th June
We are still fully immersed in our space topic! This week has seen the construction of some huge rockets!
We have also been learning about astronauts and how they prepare to go into space. Do you like our helmets?
W/C 29th June
We have finished off our space topic by thinking about the tools and equipment that we might need if we were travelling to space. We thought about the type of training that astronauts might need before their journeys began.
